Dementia support
If you are affected by dementia, worried about a diagnosis or a carer, trained staff are ready to give you the support you need.
Opening hours: Mon to Weds: 9am – 8pm, Thurs and Fri: 9am – 5pm, Sat and Sun: 10am – 4pm
The Dementia Support Line will be closed from 2pm-4pm on Thursday, 19 December, and on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Fundraising and general enquiries
For queries regarding events, fundraising, donations or any other general enquiries.
Opening hours: 8am to 10pm every day.

Call us in your language
(for languages other than English)
We can arrange a language translation service to help you get the support you need if you live in the UK.
To contact us in languages other than English, call us and say the English word for the language you would like to use. An interpreter will usually call you back within 5 minutes.
If you speak Welsh, call our Welsh-speaking support line on 03300 947 400 between Monday to Friday from 9:15am - 4pm.
Text Relay
We also offer a text-to-speech and speech-to-text service.
If you have a textphone or an adapted computer, you can use Text Relay to call our English-speaking support line.
