Dementia doesn't wait. Neither should diagnosis.

We're demanding that everyone with dementia receives an accurate diagnosis, a care plan and access to appropriate treatment within 18 weeks of GP referral.  

This ambition, or better, is already in place for other major health conditions. Dementia should be no different.
