Wales Dementia Conference 2025

Join us for this event targeted to professionals working in dementia policy, as we discuss how we can ensure that people living with dementia in Wales have the support and care they deserve.

The Wales Dementia Conference will bring together key decision makers, health and care professionals, people with lived experience, and researchers. With a new Dementia Action Plan in the pipeline, now is the time to come together and put forward our priorities for the future of dementia policy in Wales.
