Join our Singing for the Brain group and meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing improves your brain activity, wellbeing and mood, and you don’t need to be a good singer to benefit. Join us for fun vocal warm-ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs. The group is hosted by our friendly and experienced group leaders.

  • People with Dementia and their carers, family and friends
  • Residents of Essex County Council area

When is it available?

First and third Tuesday of every month, 10.30am–12pm. Current dates: January 7 and 21; February 4 and 18; March 4 and 18; April 1, 15 and 29; May 13 and 27; June 10 and 24; July 8 and 22; August 5 2025
