Meet new people, share your experiences, and enjoy fun activities in a group for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. There’s a wide range of activities with a focus on socialising in a friendly and informal setting. Come along, meet new people and enjoy a fun activity in a group session for people living with dementia. A basic level of fitness but no experience required, to join this fun low impact activity group.
