Meet new people, share your experiences, and enjoy fun activities in a group for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. There’s a wide range of activities with a focus on socialising in a friendly and informal setting. This group is delivered through face-to-face sessions or online.
Who is this service for?
- People with dementia, their carers and families, and professionals in health and social care
- People who have been referred to the service and professionals who are in contact within the Borough
