The challenge

Share advice, laughter, and support at the Belfast Memory Walk. And when you cross the finish line, celebrate with your medal, knowing you have walked for a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

The meeting point and route

Belfast Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site near the leisure centre at Ormeau Park. Please note this area is paved. Find us using the postcode BT7 2FP, alternatively enter shop.having.loads into the What3Words App.

To make sure everyone's included, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk.

A shorter 3km route, which is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.

The longer 6km route takes you on two laps of Ormeau Park and is also wheelchair accessible.

Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.
