Singing for the Brain brings people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs they know and love, in a fun and friendly environment. We also do vocal exercises that help improve brain activity and wellbeing.

Our recent evaluation exploring the impact of Singing for the Brain found that it:
- Supports people's wellbeing by reducing anxiety, increasing relaxation and happiness, and providing a sense of identity
- Increases opportunities for meaningful connections with people with a shared experience
