Find a run

If you want to find a race to take part in, check out event listings on Let's Do This, Run Britain, Find a Race or Run Through. Be sure to secure your place first with the event organiser, then let us know to kick start your fundraising.

Create your own challenge

You don't have to sign up to an official race to get active and raise some money. Create a challenge which you can do in your own time then let us know and we'll be in touch with useful tips and guidance.

Here are some ideas:

  • Join Run for Dementia to take on a challenge in your own time.
  • Run to and from work for a week
  • Run the distance of the English Channel (21 miles)
  • Gather your friends for a 10K in the local park
