The challenge

Share advice, laughter, and support at the Brighton Memory Walk. And when you cross the finish line, celebrate with your medal, knowing you have walked for a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

The meeting point and route

Brighton Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site at Hove Lawns No. 1, which is located  in the field next to the King Alfred Leisure Centre, on Hove Street. Please note this area is on grass. Find us using the postcode BN3 2WW, alternatively enter venue.sing.smart into the What3Words App.

To make sure everyone's included, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk.

A shorter 3km route is a gentle stroll along the coastline, which is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.

The longer 6km route takes in the sights of the iconic Brighton Pier, and is more challenging, taking you further along the coast. The longer route has a steep slope at the turning point near the pier.

Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.
