Forget me not Appeal pin badges

Thank you to everyone who generously signed up to support the Forget me not Appeal by fundraising or selling our Appeal pin badges.

With every Forget me not pin badge you sold, you have provided life-changing support for people living with dementia, as well as funding all important research to provide hope for the future.

The Forget me not Appeal will take place again in 2025, and we hope you can join us then to fundraise!

What will I receive?

Once you've signed up, you'll be sent your Forget me not pin badges and a box to display them in.  

Please allow up to two weeks for your box to arrive.

How can I raise money?

It's up to you how you choose to raise money, but here's some ideas to help:

• Display the badges in your workplace or business
• Display the badges in your community, such as at your local hairdresser, library, care home, café or restaurant 
• Share them with friends and family 

When will totals be shared?

We will share totals when we have payments finalised, so please do complete this as soon as possible!
