This is a tough challenge which will require a high level of fitness. You will cover a distance of 100 miles during the day.. It should be achievable for most people with adequate training - once you have registered we will provide you with a training programme to help you build up your endurance cycling skills and get fit for the challenge.

In order to cover the cost of your place and raise as must as possible for people affected by dementia, you will need to individually raise £600 if you purchased one of our charity places. We do encourage teams to sign up, but each individual team member will be required to hit the overall target.

Join our cheer team at RideLondon

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our cyclists at cheer points around the course. We'll kit you out with an Alzheimer's Society t-shirt and provide lots of cheer equipment so you can really make some noise!
