Hi Claire you do a great job and it must be very frustrating for you with these problems we are having. I feel now that I have just been left now. I am not on Facebook sorry iam not very technically minded. We could email as you say it's nice to have someone to talk and discuss so we don't feel so alone .
My mam the same she's 87 and don't seem to understand either. Please let me know how you get on thanks again.
