Hello I don’t know if you are still looking or if this helps but we have the Zenly app. If your loved one has a mobile phone you can see where they are. This might be helpful but only if they are happy and able to keep their phone charged and with them. Our school has encouraged use with kids who travel alone and it’s been helpful for our peace of mind and when they’ve got on the wrong bus etc. There are also watches that have gps trackers too.
