Having been my wife’s carer 3 years since being finally diagnosed ,i can relate to other carers problems . Iam 84 year old and my dear wife 62 years marriage as Alzheimer’s and is also disabled with knee joint condition.i having to all household chores and general property upkeep.,I am now getting very tired getting some times no sleep some nights having to attend to my wife’s toilet needs 3 or 4times a night ,I also lol after her personal hygiene shower etc..now I feel sometimes exhausted feel like breaking down but I know I got to carry on regardless.
