How do I get help for my partner of 19 yrs ..I see things changing everyday in his usual routine. he also was very mean controlling and narcissistic and has become much more nicer and communicative with me in this passed 2 months..he is taping light switches.. ..today he covered the room door with a sheet..he is leaving the stove on ..he use to follow a strict routine snd pattern daily of his life and now I see major changes
