We cover everything you need to know about dementia, whether you have dementia yourself or care for someone. Plus, you can meet people in a similar situation to you for a chat. This group is delivered online.
Who is this service for?
- People who have been referred by their GP to memory assessment and diagnosis services. Self-referrals are also accepted.
