Always Active is a service for people living with dementia. People can come along and enjoy a huge range of activities, including music, arts, crafts, fitness, table top gardening, baking, whilst socialising with others. Light snacks are served morning and afternoon and a light two course lunch at midday and are included in the cost. Staff and volunteers are all trained in health, social and dementia care so visitors do not need to be accompanied.
