Kate Lee, CEO of Alzheimer’s Society, said:

We’re absolutely delighted to be named by The Sunday Times as one of the best places to work in 2023.

“One in three people born today will develop dementia in their lifetime. Alzheimer’s Society is a vital source of support and a powerful force for change for everyone affected by dementia.

We couldn’t do what we do without the commitment, skills and talent of our incredible employees. They turn up, every day, determined to make a difference.

“The recognition from this award serves as a testament to the hard work of colleagues across the Society to instill a culture where employees feel empowered, recognised, and above all, proud of their work.

“The happiness and wellbeing of our people really matters to us. There’s always more to be done and the awards have provided us with further insights into how we can continue to evolve as an organisation.”
