A Will offers a meaningful way to reflect on the causes and values most important to you. Many who use this service choose to include a gift to Alzheimer's Society in their Will—these contributions currently fund a third of our essential work.

Thank you for considering leaving a legacy with us and helping to ensure that dementia will no longer devastate lives.

What are the steps?

  1. Complete our online form, link below, and we’ll email you a web link that you can use to claim your free Will using Farewill.
  2. Fill out a questionnaire. When you claim your free Will with Farewill, they’ll ask you some simple questions about yourself, your estate and your wishes. Their questionnaire should take around 30 minutes to complete, but you can go at your own pace and come back to it at any time.

Farewill’s specialists will then review your answers to make sure that your wishes are clear and write your Will.

    3. Sign your Will. After Farewill’s specialists write your Will, they’ll send you a copy that you’ll need to print and sign in front of two witnesses (who’ll also need to sign it), to make it legally binding.

You’ll be able to download your Will to print at home through the Farewill website, or request a printed copy in the post.

Terms and conditions apply. Available in English and in Welsh.

It was so simple to write my Will with Farewill. The whole thing took less than a quarter of an hour. In terms of the peace of mind it has given me, it was 15 minutes well spent. Considering the money I saved, I was more than happy to leave a gift to Alzheimer’s Society. I’d definitely recommend the service to everyone.
