We are determined to make a difference to those affected by dementia, and any complaints, compliments or general feedback we receive enable us to grow, learn and ultimately improve the services that we’re able to offer. 

Whilst we always aim to get things right the first time, we know that on occasion we may not and you may wish to make a complaint. We want to hear from you to learn from complaints, so that we can do better in the future and can put things right where they have gone wrong.
